About the Application
The Barcode Scanner mobile application (“App”) allows users to create and scan barcodes through their mobile device. This App is owned and operated by Bronron Apps (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”).
Terms of Use
By downloading, installing, or using the Barcode Scanner App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may only use the App on devices that you own or control and as permitted by the app store terms.
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Engage in any copyright infringement or intellectual property theft.
- Misuse the App by knowingly introducing viruses or other malicious content.
- Engage in any illegal behavior or activities while using the App.
- Use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the App or interfere with any other party’s use of the App.

Subscriptions
The App offers in-app purchases and subscriptions. These are billed through the app store and are subject to their respective terms and conditions. Subscription details, including cost, length, and auto-renewal information, are provided in the App and during the purchase process.
General Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bronron Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bronron Apps and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with (a) your use of the App; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bronron Apps is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Termination of Contract
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, third parties, or for non-payment or violation of the terms of an app store.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Please check these Terms regularly to stay informed about any updates. Your continued use of the App after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes.
